Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Restore trouble

    I locked myself out of my iphone yesterday. I backed my iphone up on iTunes and put it in to recover mode and managed to restore the phone put some of my contacts are missing and I cant understand why, a lot of new contacts and some old.

    Any idea why?

    IMO iTunes backup is crap and has always been hit and miss for me. iCloud backup is much more consistent.

    Have you signed back into your icloud account on your phone?

    Didn't have iCloud set up. Back up on computer was selected. I was asked to enter passwords for an encrypted backup.
