Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Firstly, please move this if it is in the wrong place.

Other half purchased an iphone 5 abroad (unlocked) and wants to get insurace for it.

Most of the places selling insurance say the phone must have been bought in the ROI (and the ones who accept ones from the UK say they must bought as brand new).

The handset was purchased on ebay (second hand) - is there anyone who would sell insurance on this basis? We don't want to pay premiums only to find out that if we claim they ask for a receipt from the authorised reseller (of which we don't have).
