Customers of Aviva Health who renewed their policies on 1st April, today received a letter advising them that as they had not renewed their policies and no longer have cover. On investigation AVIVA Health advised that it was a computer error! Don't know a lot about computers, don't believe computers are capable of thinking…

On investigation AVIVA Health advised that it was a computer error!

Don't know a lot about computers, don't believe computers are capable of thinking for themselves.

If you received such a letter don't have a heart attack. Nonetheless it would be worth a phone call to ensure that cover is in place
