Cost to build a garage

    im the stages of pricing for a garage and i am finding it very expensive. ive had a quote of 17,500 for a garage 7.6m x 5.6 . cavity block , plastered with slate roof. Site is already stoned . Anyone know if this is excessive ?

    Id also be interested in a price to get it up to floor level including foundations .....

    If that includes groundworks it's not expensive imho.

    Sound a bit high for Wexford, but there can be a reason for that. What spec. water, electricity, automated gates, windows?
