Hi, this may be of help as there seems to be a lot of competition for houses to rent at decent prices. A few years ago me and a friend put an ad in the paper looking to rent a house and got a good few replies. We saw houses before they went on the market or from landlords who weren't advertising the rentals as they were thinking of selling. Might be worth a shot?
