PS4 Warranty / Insurance

    Hey guys, I just bought a ps4

    Dead excited to play it, but as its still the 1st release im skeptical with issues other first releases of previous gens had.

    How do I go about getting a longer warranty or insurance?

    I looked at a gadget insurance but I didnt really understand.

    Any advice greatly appreciated

    The warranty with Sony is only a year but you're covered by consumer rights with the shop for a "reasonable" time, most of those gadget insurance things aren't worth it. With the exception of accidental damage or theft you're fine, if you wanted extra cover look to see if your home insurance covers anything.
