Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

I'm curious about one of the head to head questions today. They were asked to name the President of Argentina and the first couple gave Cristina Fernandez as the answer. This was accepted on the basis that it's her birth name. Fair enough.

But what if the other couple had said Kirchner or de Kirchner as their answer? Isn't that also just as valid an answer?

I've wondered about this too. A few weeks ago one of the topics in the head to head was rugby and one of the clues was "the English schoolboy credited with inventing the game". The pair to go first said "Webb Ellis" which is the surname only, so what if the other couple had said "William Webb Ellis"? And why did they accept just the surname as a correct answer?
