Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

^ Interesting to know that the money is split between all the charities if the jackpot isn't won.

The Jackpot is €2500 + €250 for any pointless answers along the way.

If it's not won then €2000 is split between all the charities.

I saw it on the guide, had half an hour to kill, went to the kitchen.... completely forgot :(

That's a shame, it was great craic.

Rounds I can remember off the top of my head *perhaps vaguely spoilerish*:

Famous people who's surnames start with C
Members of boybands/bands with "boy" in their name (Boyzone, Backstreet Boys, Beastie Boys, Beach Boys etc)

Picture round of "name the musical this costume came from"
    Facts about snooker
(Edit after checking on Twitter) Missing letters round: breeds of pig

    Final subject chosen was islands.

You'd all have done very well.

^ I bet I even would have recognised some of the "celebrities" for once.

The Pointless Celebrity editions on Saturdays are new but the ones shown on Sundays are repeats.

Ah, I didn't know that. This one had the "answers from any of these three options" format so I figured it was new.

In that case, Jacqueline from Bananarama (replaced Fahey)! Can't remember her surname!

    Oh Lara, Lara, Lara... :o:o:o

You thought Nelson Mandela was Indian, you'd probably never watched 24 before - and now you thought Nicole Scherzinger was a Saturday rather than a Pussycat Doll... :o:o:o

Surprised they didn't have Sugababes there. You could literally name anyone on the planet and it'd be right.

  • Closed Accounts Posts: 10,325 ✭✭✭✭Dozen Wicked Words

Outraged by that question, or lack of need for surname. I demand an inquiry

Heidi Range from the Sugababes was in a very early version of Atomic Kitten :)
