build advice. (chainset/BB/ frame compatability)

    its pick yer brain time again....building up a tt bike, but before i order the bottom bracket i want to double check what type i need.
    Frame is a Giant Trinity 0 (2010 i think) and chain set is a Shimano 105 5600.....just wondering what "threat" type i need on the bottom bracket?

    English standard holowetech II bb will do the trick.
