Wonder did the ref just forget to call Carroll back after that "challenge". It was a good while before the ball went out of play after it.
Deserved a yellow i'd say. I'd need to see it again before I said it was a red.
Either way it was bad refereeing.
Ref played advantage so he definitely saw the foul.

Just something I have noticed this year in every game. First 2 are free next 2 are frees and only then is there a booking.
