It's a penalty for me.

Fonte raising his leg across Dzeko's body like a horse kicking out after Dzeko cut back inside was always going to result in the City striker going down and left the ref with not much choice.

Such lazy, needless defending.

Penalty all day long in this day and age. Whether he caught him or not, it was a clear attempt to bring him down, idiotic stuff from Fonte.
He stuck his leg out at waist height ffs.

The laughably bad offside decision has pretty much killed the game. Southampton were on a high and playing well and that unbelievably bad decision has deflated them.
