Mountaineering Guidebooks for Ireland

I'm planning a trip back home to Ireland from Canada in the next while and want to start reading up about places to explore in the hills that I never visited growing up there.

I've read about Howling Ridge on Carrauntouhil and seen pictures of other scrambling and mountaineering routes.

Is there a guidebook that features a variety of scrambles, hikes and mountaineering climbs in Ireland?

I'm also interested in visiting all of the county tops if possible. Is there a guidebook that describes the trails and routes?

Mountainviews.ie is a good website for Irish walkers. Combined with a book like the one mentioned above you can learn a lot.
