Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

also anyone notice how far up the pitch Flamini has been when ever we get forward is he not meant to be an anchor for the defence for when they break

Everton playing well so far, you feel if they want to win they'll need a 2nd in this period of dominance.

At this stage they deserve the 2nd. Arsenal badly need Ramsey but what kind of form will he be in?

Fair play Everton, hope they can take fourth place now. Would love to see Champions League football in Goodison and Anfield next season.

I know it's a bit early and perhaps not fair to point out single games, but losing 1-0 at home to Sunderland on Boxing Day is a result that could really come back to haunt Everton come the end of the season if they don't get that 4th spot.

No surprise to see that second goal coming from the left again.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 396 ✭✭ironkiwi

Where the hell is the pressing, no pressure on them on the ball whatsoever!! We are totalling letting them play at ease, they are walking through every time. Absolutely pathetic performance again considering the importance of the game

Two sets of scousers in the Champs league. Who'd have thought it at the start of the season?

Agreed, if there is a point or two in it then that is the game to regret. Osman suicide back pass to blame.

Evertons run in is MUCH tougher than Arsenals - indeed todays game is the only one that could have posed real bother.

The form guide says that Everton will be clinching 4th place quite easily this season.

Hopefully they can bring this form into the City game, and help out there neighbours!
