Upgraded Silverlight, now whacky things happening

So I finally got around to getting netflix and upgraded silvernight like they suggested. Now strange things are happening with my PC. When i press the enter key in the firefox address bar it launches window media centre and when I press the 'one' key it pops up a little menu on the left hand side near the start menu button…

So I finally got around to getting netflix and upgraded silvernight like they suggested. Now strange things are happening with my PC. When i press the enter key in the firefox address bar it launches window media centre and when I press the 'one' key it pops up a little menu on the left hand side near the start menu button of frequently played videos.
Any idea why this is happening and what i can do to fix it? I'm using Windows seven (which i just discovered makes a frequently used webpage menu pop up)
