Just wondering if anyone can recommend yoga (or indeed pilates) classes in the Sallins / Naas / Clane or Newbridge area please. I have never done yoga before, after a sports injury I have been advised it would be helpful to take it up, I literally know NOTHING about it so any advice on the kind of yoga to go for would be…

Also what is the standard price range for classes? From what I have been its seems to really vary.
