Constant DNS problems

    Net repeatedly going up and down. "The DNS Server isn't responding" and then it will come back on for a minute and then down.  Extremely annoying, restarting the modem does nothing, nothing wrong on my end of the connection.
    is there something going on? 'Upgrades' or the like?

    (has taken me 10 minutes to post this question due to those problems)
