    Hi,

Just wondering if it is possible to lodge a postal order via the ATM lodgment facility?

I received one as a gift from a family member recently, and have not received one in years.   Will the ATM recognise and process this type of remittance, or will I have to present it at the counter for lodgement?

    Hi Stroke Politics,

    Thanks for your question.

A postal order would need to be lodged at the cashier desk, as the Lodgement ATM can only accept cheques.

    Thanks
    Tara
