Many thanks for your post.

The first thing we would advise is calling Bank of Ireland 365 on 0818 365 365 / +353 1 4044000 and checking if your account type can be registered with the service. It's primarily for personal accounts although some business accounts can be registered so it would depend on your account type. Representative assisted hours are 8am - 12 midnight Monday to Friday and 9am - 6pm Saturday, Sunday and Bank/Public Holidays.
