I take it that GP = General Practitioner, i.e. a family doctor.

On Sands Quay there is a practice, known as
    The Mills Surgery.
It has a lady doctor, she is Dr. O'Reilly and a
Gentleman Doctor, he is Dr. Dahm.

I have never been treated in this surgery. Thus I have no
recommendation for or against this surgery or its staff.
At least two mates have been treated at the Mill Surgery.
    They said it was grand.

I suggest you phone or visit them. If they do not fulfill your
requirements, you could ask them which surgery in the area
    fulfils your requirements.

Sands Quay [is near] or is also called Clarke Street.
Sands Quay is near Strand Dairy. One can sometimes get
car parking there. During school holidays, one could park.
    near the community college.

There is a map on its website.

@ Balmed Out: Thanks for update on location of Dr. O'Reilly's practice.

    Car Parking:
Kent Street Car Park. it has a time limit. As a location guide to newcomers, Clonakilty Credit Union
    is on this car park.
In Emmet Square, most parking spaces are occupied.
'Deasy's Car' Park in Larkin Street often has vacant parking spaces. It is further away.
