    Hi I was just wondering can anyone give me a average price of foundation for a 48x24ft chalet?

    How deep wide and thick?
    Is rebar required - how much / what spec ?
    Any internal loadbearing walls to be be supported?
    Is shoring needed-what is the topsoil like ( slumpy / stiff ).
    Who disposes of excavated materials?
    Who signs off?
    Who sets out?
    Who checks this?
