    I have a BOI student account/credit card/loan account. 

    I would like a UK account in sterling to save myself a lot of hassle as I am in the UK/dealing with people in the UK a lot of the time.

    Is it possible to open  UK account with an ROI address?

    The Clear Current Account is the current account offering for personal customers in the UK. Although it is a requirement that a salary is mandated to the account, they appear to be available for non UK residents.
