Hi. If I request a new line/connection, will a new line actually be installed or would it be merely joined on to existing lines? *(like the old carrier line setup, where you couldn't get broadband) Also, I think I read somewhere that there's a minimum contract length of 6 months. Is that correct? Thanks.

Hi there,

You would be required to enter a 12 month contract for this. If there is already a line in the premises then we would reconnect this. In the case where there has never been a line or it has been disconnected form the exchange, we would then install a new one. If you contact 1901 they will be able to check the location for you and advise you further.
