As we've mentioned previously, Boards.ie is launching an all new Election Centre which will bring all the relevant details for the local and European elections directly to the regional forums as well as our Politics category. We are trying to get as many of the candidates on Boards to talk to our members directly as rather than having to answer the same question several times, we can give them an opportunity to speak at length and in detail about their constituent's concerns and issues.

Right now, Boards.ie would like to extend an invite to any representatives or campaign workers for the local or European election candidates out there (or indeed from the candidates themselves!) who would like to engage with our members to contact canvassing@boards.ie where we can discuss the details of bringing your campaign to Boards.ie. We'll be giving any candidate that signs up their own thread for questions and answers with our members (which we will of course monitor for any trolls, so it won't be a free-for-all) as well as additional exposure for the entire Elections Centre across all of the site.
