Why the fcuk should we have signed soneone by now? Are we basically going to be pissed off till Arsenal make the first big signing of the summer in the first week.

Very spoilt take on things tbh.

Whilst I agree that it is still very early, I think August is too late.

Plus I really don't want Cesc to go anywhere else.

Still mulling over cesc, with diaby, arteta and flamini out of contract next year wouldn't it be great to have him there to slot in nicely.

I agree to a certain degree (say that 10 times real fast), we dont have to sign anyone just yet but it would be ideal if we did. But I hope to dear god we have the targets narrowed down and are doing the serious ground work by tapping up the sisters and brothers and dear old grandma's buying them houses and the loike!

Interesting point - Cesc is a Puma man after all.

Nothing will be sorted out before the WC at this stage anyway so lets just enjoy the tournament and deal with the transfers at the end of July and August like most clubs.

Who knows the WC might unearth a gem of a CM from Honduras!

Judging by Ivans Q&A last night Arsenal seem to be working on bringing in at least one big name, and it doesn't appear to be Fabregas.
Pace and power is what we need most, so I wonder who it will be?

Di Maria or Cavani I think. If they dont get one of them and let Fabregas go to Chelsea, there is gonna be some backlash.

Head over heart i would take either player ten times over Fabregas.
Cavani is sheer class and Di Maria has arguably been Madrids best player last season, maybe just behind Ronaldo.

Agreed, would have any of them two over him any day of the week. I just hope it doesnt turn into a Higuain Suarez scenario from last year.

I'd just be wary that they might see Arsenal as an inferior club to their present clubs and they might not give 100% even though they'd be earning massive wages.

Cavani would be a class signing imo.

He has been shoved out the wing to accommodate Ibra but has still been very good. Wants a central role though and we have a vacancy

Most of his goals came from when he was played down the middle.
If PSG do push for Hazard then he will be there for the taking i reckon.

We're constantly getting told by Ivan, Sir Chips and others that we have the money for big signings. Well prove it and bid €50m for Reus and see what happens.

I'd love for us to go for Khedira too, we've never replaced Gilberto.

Their gonna have two of them already and Hazard aint a bad replacement for Di Maria at the moment. We need a Massive signing I feel now. No Balo's or Remys now, need a Cavani, Di Maria.
