Cheque bounced back- no funds but still charged overdraft !

    Hello,

    My balance in the cheque account is normal zero.


    I've issued a cheque on Monday 7th.
    I've dated as 8th and explained to end user to lodge it on Tuesday as i need to TX funds from current account to cheque account.
    All ok !

    On Monday evening did the online transfer between accounts,all ok.

    On Wednesday i get a call from end user saying that cheque bounced back !!!

    Had a look on my bank account and shock !
    The cheque dated 8th is cashed on 7th,funds none and bank is charges me €10.15 unpaid fees !

    How does that works ... on your timeline,dont get it !

    Please advise !
