Dzeko wouldn't beat my grandmother in a 20 yard Sprint and she's dead.

    ^^^Knex

Would rather Sakho, even a slightly shaky Sakho.

Would start Allen in place of Sterling. If Coutinho is having an off day then Sterling is a wonderful bench option. Although I wonder if Rodgers might try Lucas to offset Toure No.2.

Lads, you should see me now, this match is ruining me. I'm white as a sheet with nerves, except for big black rings around my eyes from lack of sleep.

Think it's Man City's to lose. 10-0 to City, 20-0 if Aguero starts.

Really really hard to call this.

So I am going chicken out and say draw:P

If they're to be a winner i'll go Liverpool with them being at home.

Totally agree although Coutinho seems to play better against the big boys.

Kompany limping out of training, bad news for city

There was a build up of talent in his right knee I believe.

Seriously though, I hope to God that's not serious. We might be completely screwed if he doesn't play.

If we do lose and Liverpool take the title, I'm honestly happy for ye. I had said it from early on that ye would be a big threat. Would rather it was Liverpool than any of the rest.

Bluff and double bluffs going on I think with training injuries.

tight and nervy game that will explode into life in the second half i feel. hope we get the win but if we are to lose and miss out on the title i hope city win the league

I'm calling bluff on that injury .....that's just lulling us into a false sense of security !!

I heard Suarez, Sturridge and Moses were all hit in the head with a crossbar after the Melwood goalposts collapsed and have been ruled out of tomorrow's game with concussions.

I don't know about that. He looks like he can barely support his weight on that leg.

Enrique has been bluffing injury all season just to draw City in to a false sense of security for this match.:pac:

I have Liverpool to win 3-1 at 14/1, I'm a United fan, but I just feel Liverpool will have more fight and belief than City.

A lot of other Liverpool fans won't agree with me, But i want Kompany fit as the way Liverpool have been playing this season they fear no one and Suarez and co will want to be playing against the best players and let the opponets worry about us.

Friend of mine pointed something out to me in these pics -
    http://www.mirror.co.uk/sport/football/news/manchester-city-vincent-kompany-injury-3404396

It looks like it's just the subs wearing bibs...including Sergio Aguero.

Has he played much with Lescott?

They've played 7 full games together, conceded 6 goals. Lost 1, won 6.

    League:
    Fulham 5-0
    Swansea 3-0
    Tottenham 6-0

    Champions League:
    Bayern Munich 3-2
    Viktoria Plzen 4-2

    FA Cup:
    Watford 3-0
    Wigan 1-2

I wonder if the emotion of the day will effect things.

If it doesn't, I think Liverpool will do it.

    Your year.

The only thing that's confusing me is this; if Vinnie is injured (as is apparently the case), why has he travelled and is (allegedly) receiving treatment in the team hotel? Surely, it would be more beneficial for him to have stayed back in Manchester and receive the treatment there, where the club's medical staff would have access to all the (presumably excellent) medical facilities that the club has, either at the stadium or out at Carrington? It's not like he had to travel today; Liverpool is 40 minutes down the M62 from Manchester. Odd.

I'm sure Kompany will play even if they have to pump him full of drugs to get him out there.

Tomorrow will be emotional for us Liverpool fans, but we shouldn't be using justice as a catalyst for victory. We win because we're good enough, or lose because we're not.

I just don't like hearing JFT96 within tomorrow's context. JFT96 will live far beyond tomorrow's result regardless of what it is.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 15,404 ✭✭✭✭Vicxas

Demichelles and Lescott are there to be destroyed, we still have the problem of Yaya and Fernandinho.
