Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

    Not quite

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 4,216 ✭✭✭Looper007

Not according to his instagram

His demeanour on the pitch looks different maybe I am wrong.

Ox and Ramsey look like they are the only ones willing to attack.

    Absolute mile onside

I'd love a goal to settle the team before half time.

I'm not saying you're wrong. Just saying he talks a lot. But the proof hasn't been there on the pitch.

    ARGH F*CKING HELL SANOGO!

Sanogo trying very hard but he looks a bit like Bambi on Ice at times.

I agree Arsenal have been in control, we just have to have the balls to go on the attack.

That's why we need a world class striker Mr wenger

Is Giroud being rested or what's the story there?

Really poor first half. If Arsenal play the same next season they'll be out in the group stage of the Europa League.

He's a trier like Giroud but if you want to be champions and win stuff you need more then then good guys who work hard. Sanogo looks like Peter Crouch's brpther from a different mother.

Very harsh, Crouch has a lovely touch for a big man.

He reminds me a lot of Gervinho in that regard. Never looks completely in control of the ball, it's frustrating to watch at times.

Crouch looks like Ryan Tubridy on a step-ladder.

He's been crap to be honest the last three to four months, so him been on the pitch or on the bench doesn't matter really. He's been rested is the easy answer I suppose.

Sanogo has 11 appearances, still hasn't scored.

Nowhere near good enough for a lone striker.

That report is from 2010, talking about the final?

It's okay if you are supporting Cardiff and Hull, you just have to accept it for the money you pay. when you are a top club it's hair pulling annoyance to the highest degree cause you could spend money or better talent.

Nothing on the bench to change this and a lot are underperforming, dunno

That's Wenger's transfer policy for you.

True, but the reasons remain the same.

Cazorla complains about not winning trophies. Worst player out there imo, lost a lot of time for him. He needs a big second half

Bright start but quickly deteriorated. Where's the fight? Semi final against a team they should be destroying and they don't bother their arse. Need a big 2nd half from everyone.

Longer this stays 0-0 the more I fancy Wigan to nick it.

I think this side more then two or three players away from a title winning team to be honest. Far too many average players out there who should be squad players rather then first teamers.

Here's hoping they step it up in the second half but I seriously worry Wigan will knick one and we leave it to too late to get back in it.

I think the coaching staff at Arsenal might need a shake up. This is fairly pedestrian. I do wonder wtf they work on all week.

It's like the players just showed up for a game after a weeks work at their day jobs. Nothing like the Arsenal of old.

He's been poor this season really. Looks like he's given up on the fight.

Comes down to the manager for me, sorry but he picks the staff and the players.

A mistake from Wigan's defence or a set piece, can't see us breaking them down with Twiddle de and Twiddle dum on bench as our main focal points up front.

    Piers Morgan is the analyst.

Could always be worse over here!

I'm not trolling but I think if Arsenal lose this and don't get top four then Wenger is done which would be a great shame for the Premier League. At the moment, this is perfectly set-up for Wigan to steal.

    Wengers done either way imo

We're pedestrian. Need to get rid of Arteta big time. Cazorla doing nothing. Frustrating

How many chances is Sanogo going to burn. This is depressing, and I'm an eternal optimist when it comes to this team.

    He is very very raw

    Wengers done either way imo

I think he's done even if he wins the cup and gets top 4, he's never going to go all out and spend the cash needed, we will hear the same excuses from Wenger "the value ain't out there" and "we have the team here" crap he's been saying for the last few years. I think next season we need to splash the cash big cause this team isn't good enough.

Gervinho is a much better player than anything Sanogo has shown.

At this stage I'd nearly be inclined to put Akpom on and give him a chance.
