Eircom apparently use OpenSSL which is vulnerable to the bug. Is webmail affected and if so have Eircom patched it?

    According to
    http://filippo.io/Heartbleed
    https://lastpass.com/heartbleed/

The certificate is still old but the below sites are patched. (They probably where vulnerable, but are not now).

    https://secure.eircom.net
    https://webmail.eircom.net
https://vzmbx24.eircom.net/ (You get redirected here from secure.eircom.net when logged in to webmail)

Being as they are listed as no longer vulnerable, it would suggest that changing your password is safe to do now. But of course there may be other backend servers than the above that I don't know about.
It'll be nice if Eircom IT would confirm....

    Hey Guys

    Got confirmation just now,

All our eircoms externally facing services were checked and we can confirm we are not exposed to this vulnerability.

    Thanks
    Al
