Have you tried contacting places such as Fibbers directly? https://www.facebook.com/fibber.mageespageii I'd say you could get put in to support some of the lighter stuff.

Other than that, approach those who organise gigs directly with a CD which has your bands name, webpage and your contact number clearly printed on the CD (cases get lost). If you don't think you could make a good webapge, have it redirect to your Facebook band page (have seen a few people do this).
