Car came out good, considering I only used the power-washer to clean it. No sponge cleaning, no window cleaner, no alloy cleaner, nothing. Just a run around with the power washer.

(I tried to block out the reg of the car, but didnt work out too good.. Oh well :pac:)

We already know your reg from earlier posts!

I remember as it has the annoying screw in the middle of the front reg between the TS

It looks good without number plates though!

    :D

Thanks folks! Yeah I really like the colour and alloy combo, no way would I go for any other Mondeo as the colour is rare and the alloys are even more rare.

@Dia1988 haha I knew you'd say something! :D said i'd attempt to block it out anyways, but it nearly made the picture look worse

It's nice, but some black wrap over the chrome grille would transform the front and match the rest of it.

Dunno who you're on about DZ.....!

I got tired of Alfas continuous unreliability and thus changed to the German reliability!

Car after recent detail! Filthy again but cleaning it in morning should come up lovely with a wash only...

The wheels in the last pic look very small.

True, it's a work van though so no need for 18's.

The golf looks well in black most of the vans sold this year seem to be black. A set of vw fitted mudflaps would look well on it as well as helping to keep it clean they are mad money though.

Yeah they are silly money but on the to do list. I saw a lovely demo in white with drl's & alloys. The panel is painted black so it doesn't look like a van at all.

Surely that is custom, you can hardly expect someone to drive around full time with them rims.

They do. I remember watching some video online. Loads of black people must be in some hood, big ass women tight clothes. Loud as hell and loads of cars like that driving by.

I thought of that video when GvidoR said those wheels look small.

  • Registered Users Posts: 5,925 ✭✭✭GvidoR

Sure, when 14s/15s look small, you must definitely get 30s or something... *facepalm*

In the Golf picture, the wheels were turned exposing the front arch, the sun was shining into them and the picture was taken at a low angle, therefore the space between the wheels and the arches looked big.

    friend: They ain't 21's.

me: Ok, they 15's but I keep 'em clean.

I don't know where you were going with that, but 21's are way too big as well.
