@Duke, you should have painted on hammerite with a brush for the genuine period resto look :pac:

Hah, it definitely does have an air of 90s backstreet garage resto to it :pac:

    Down by Crosshaven;)

Yep, tis indeed Crosshaven, great road down and great sights. Mizen head is the next plan, either Tuesday or Thursday I'd say, if not earlier. I just love driving the 5, I'd be out every minute if it wasn't for both of these damn jobs :pac:

Never been at that spot before but I recognised the angle over the harbour. I was actually close enough to there at the weekend too, albeit across the water!

Mizen head is very nice too, I was there years ago. Don't know about spots to drive the car but the suspension foot bridge is very cool.

I've never actually been on that side, infact, I haven't been down much of east Cork. It is payday tomorrow though. Hmmm.......

If it's a fine day, go for it! A spin down to Roches point would be nice, or up to the fort that I linked to there. You can't drive in front of the view though unfortunately because it's gated, so not the best photo op for the car.

Weather looks good for the next few days, may have to finish work early tomorrow :pac:

    Nice colour on the A5.

This is going to be a Saab/BMW thread while the Alfa heads are gone I'd say :pac:

Was fiddling around with my camera today, need to start playing with everything properly, delighted with this picture though:

14 months of ownership and I still love this bloody car. I spent 7 hours cleaning the bodywork today. It had a wash, claybar, repeat wash, DA compound, sealer, mirror finish application and then two hand waxes.
