    Hi,

What procedures are you putting in place to inform customers TARGET2 is closed on the 1st of May and what impact will it have on normal day to day banking?

    Tow

When is the money (including lost growth) Michael Noonan took in the Pension Levy going to be paid back?

    Hi Tow,

    Thanks for your patience.

As inter-bank transfers will not be processed on May 1st, we would suggest customers who have payment deadlines, make their required transfers on April 29th. BOI to BOI transfers will not be affected.

We will be publishing a communication on Business Online next week regarding May Day payments. Information will be available on our group website closer to that time. We understand IPSO will also be issuing a press release with information on this.

Thanks for taking the time to contact us on Boards,
    Sarah

Very much looks like it was left much too late.

Remember: An informed customer is an annoyed customer, but an uninformed customer is an angry customer.
