Did my last run on Sunday and was feeling good, 13mile at a decent pace with ease, was hoping for the usual wee runs this week but hurt my groin/psoas muscle doing some stretching/ over enthusiastic yoga on Tuesday morning. Could barely walk yesterday, got a rub last night and it was agony. Alot better today and been horsing into the anti-inflammatories all day but very nervous that I may not even make the start now :-(

Going to leave it until the last minute to decide.......

Aaarrggghhh.

Then my Garmin decides to finally give up working for me. Have been trying in vain to persuade it back to operating properly and to also talk to my PC, but no, it has decided that 4 years is plenty enough and it has departed this realm for the sports watch graveyard in the sky.

I guess I'll be buying a new tech toy at the Expo this evening. Hope one of the stalls has a decent offer on something Garmin for me.
