Only 11 weeks training following a injury picked up in DCM so would be delighted with :20. The 11 weeks went great but endurance could be an issue!!

They probably aren't personaised though. Will more than likely equate to pacers 3,3.15, 3.30, 3.45 etc. I could be wrong though!

Sorry, not sure of my bib number. I'll have a look for it at home tonight and update. Prediction is more of a hope than anything. Haven't seen 7 minutes improvement in my recent results/training (could be the nerves talking).....

Right, I've located passports, printed off boarding cards, booked parking online at Dublin airport and downloaded the booking.com app so that I don't need to print off the confirmation for the hotel booking.
