    Hi, I was wondering if I can cancel direct debit over the phone? And also if it has to be before 4pm?

    Many thanks for your post.

    The majority of Direct Debits are now SEPA Direct Debits which can be cancelled from your Online Service Desk on Bank of Ireland 365 Online. Please select the ‘SEPA Direct Debit Services’ option. 

    If you are unsure if a Direct Debit on your account has transitioned to SEPA, please contact the creditor/company directly to clarify this. 

    If you wish to cancel a non SEPA Direct Debit please contact Bank of Ireland 365 on 0818 365 365 / 00 353 1 4044000.
