    Hi

Just wondering who is responsible for payment to get gas boiler serviced.

Is it down to the tenant or the landlord

Thanks in advance for any replies.

The landlord is responsible for it .

This is the landlord's responsibility. He has to maintain the boiler in a good working order and he should have a certificate or engineer's report that the boiler is in good working order.

Only a current Declaration of Conformance certificate for an IS.813 Annex E inspection issued by a Registered Gas Installer for the gas installation in the house or apartment will prove compliance with the regulations.
