Setanta payment by debit card

    I renewed an insurance policy with Setanta last month and payed by debit card. Would I now be able to claim a refund as I used my debit card for payment?

    Many thanks for your post. 

    If there is a dispute with a Visa Debit card transaction, the first thing to do is to contact the company directly. If after this, the matter has not been resolved to our satisfaction, you can complete a Visa Debit Transaction Dispute Form and the Chargebacks Department will look into the query. You can find the dispute form here
