Dandelion Wine - need help

    Hi,

    I have picked quite a few dandelions just now and want to put it on the brew tonight. However I am having difficulty figuring out how much dandelions to use.

    Most recipes say 1 quart of dandelions. How much is this in the real world? All I know is I have 320 grammes of dandelion petals.Thanks.
