Ticket [107280]:Transfer domain from Blacknight before expiry 22nd April.Plz!

    I am attempting to Transfer a domain from Blacknight to another provider before expiry 22nd April . I have turned off AutoRenew within the control panel but this has not cancelled the outstanding invoice which is due before expiry on 22nd April.
    "Then go to Account or Home >> Registered Domains > Domainname > Set/Unset Register Lock
    This will also issue the EPP key for the domain name via email."

    This does NOT issue the EPP Key????????? I need this key to transfer the domain!

    It should do, but without knowing the specifics I can't reply definitely.
