Unable to connect to netflix via Smart TV

    I'm trying to connect to Netflix by Wireless Network on my Smart TV and as with all these devices it is never straightforward.

    I have connected to my router, can browse the net but when I try to laod the Netflix App I get the error message saying "Unable To Connect To Netflix".

    I went to their help section & none of the 4 steps work, it seems Netflix may have to be formatted but how do I do this?
