    Why am I getting letters from this company?

    I am paying my bill by direct debit and am paid up.
    these people continue to to threaten me despite the fact i have emailed them and told them that I have no debt with Eircom, claiming i owe €107. I have no idea what this is about. 

    Rapidly getting annoyed with this rubbish.
