Inter rail tickets

I am confused so I'd appreciate some help.

Exploring mostly Eastern Europe this summer ( Prague, Krakow, Budapest, Sarajevo and mostly Croatia). Is an interrail flexipass (€399) advisable?

If I purchase the interrail ticket, how much extra will I pay for night trains?

I have been looking specifically at http://czech-transport.com/index.php?id=3861

For example, the journey for bed compartment for 2 is €70. Is that if I buy the ticket outright and includes my reservation & bed?

On another section about night trains it says
Prices of overnight trains (sleepers) Prague – Krakow

This is what you have to pay extra for an overnight train.

    couchette couchette bed bed bed
    6p coupé 4p coupé 3p coupé 2p coupé 1p coupé
    10 EUR 15 EUR 15 EUR 22 EUR 51 EUR

So would this be paid extra if I already had an inter rail ticket?

Sorry if this seems really stupid! Just can't get my head around it and as there's a lot of journeys, I need to be sure how to go about the booking process!
