I ordered mine on the 29 of november and shipping status is still on "Pending Shipment".
I had an invite but I'm pretty sure I still bought it through their black friday offer, so it might be pending for a while still.

I ordered mine the 28th of November with the invite via Parcel Motel and it's still in processing. To be fair though, I was told it would ship in 1-3 business days. So it might ship sometime today, but I have my doubts.

The 'Processing' status seems to be a bit misleading, I ordered mine on a Monday, and it was showing as Processing until Wednesday, the day it was actually delivered (to a UK address with the priority shipping.) Only changed from 'Processing' a couple of hours before it was in my hand, so its possible it could be on it's way long before the status changes.

looks like i was lucky, ordered 27th with an invite and its sitting in a parcel motel locker for me to get soon as can (grrrr have to get out!)

Hey guys I'm planning buy the 64gb from the one plus one website this week. I have an invite code

I have no understanding of the moot parcel system & the delivery options regarding purchasing the phone.
I have a friend in Italy who I plan to order it and get it sent to me from from there.


Can it be ordered directly to his address without any secondary delivery system such as the moot parcel

Just got confirmation that my phone has been delivered to Parcel Motel and it's on it's way down to me. I'll have it this evening when I finish work.

@Kaaazer - Yes you can order direct to him from OnePlus with no need for mail forwarding.

The shipping cost is the same for the entire UK, including Norn Iron. Hence, you can use Parcel Motel.

Yeah just make sure to use the Italian version of the website (bottom right of the website there is probably an american flag, click on that and it'll give you other options) otherwise it won't give Italy as an option.

Just put your shipping address to your friend's address and the billing address to your own.

Charging once every 3 days is a novelty I don't think I'll ever tire of. My Nexus 4 needed to be charged twice daily - the OPO is a monster on the power front. I'm definitely not using it any less or anything like that, it's just lasting easily 6 times as long per charge as anything I've used before (moderate user, don't game, spend about 2 hours a day on phone calls via headset and maybe 2 hours a day with the screen on for emailing/internetting)

I have to urge you both not to order from that website, the only seller of OnePlus Ones is the official website. That website is either a scam trying and part you from your money, or is a site selling the Chinese version of the smartphone, which isn't fully compatible with Irish networks.

Just as an FYI the "global" version isnt fully compatible with all bands in use here either... but ya that sound smacks of dodge... OnePlus are selling the phones without invites right now for christmas:

Anyone else having an problems with there OnePlus One?

I bought the 64gb Sandstone Black version and there's a few issues I've noticed.

1: There is 1 damaged pixel on the very top left of the screen
2: There is a chip taken out of the bezel at the top (some chrome is missing)
3: The camera rattles when you move the phone (seems internal)
4: When using the keypad after every 3 or 4 taps it makes a weird sound in addition to it's vibration (it's like a tone)
5: When recording video of any quality or length every 2 seconds or so there's a sound (it's blip, blip, blip)
6: Camera quality is excellent however the colours are way off (everything is really dull and pale)

Anyone experiencing similar?

Cheers, it's been like that since I've taken it out of the box. So either it was damaged during shipping or Parcel Motel damaged it in delivery to here.

So it reached Germany on Thursday and it left Germany at some stage today. Hope to get it before the new year, either way I'm super excited

amazing phone but an absolute nightmare trying to get drivers installed for this in order to unlock and root, ive tried on numerous computers from windows xp to windows 8.1 and just cannot seem to get drivers to install, have downloaded loads of different drivers and tried numerous different methods to no avail.

2 1/2 months after getting this and im still bootloader locked and unrooted.

thanks but i think ive tried something similar already and no luck.

ill end up asking some randomer if they'll unlock the bootloader on their pc for me and ill give them the price of s pint or two.

Ok so how are people ordering these once they get the invite? I can ship it to my sister in England to avoid the parcel motel route.
But their UK page offers a terrible rate on sterling to euro. Tried the German page which gives a better rate but won't allow postage to the UK.
Any ideas?

Sadly you just have to deal with it, But i think most banks do a much better rate so check you bank. I know I paid in Pounds and let the bank deal with it because it was a much better rate.

I'm on Three and am using the OPO on that Network for the past Month. No issues fantastic device.
