Hand Clippers For Dog

Just wondering if anyone knows of a good but cheap hand clipper for a dogs fur? My fella would have a heart attack at an electric one near him so I usually use the scissors to tidy his coat up when it goes a bit wild. At times tho it's hard to get an even coat so I'm wondering if anyone uses a hand clippers?
