    Hello I'm new here so I hope this is the correct section.
    We bought a bought in nov, and just Built a garage. The house is in a line of 14 houses detached but an estate. The Land is very wet and bog like. Very bad in winter.

    * Plans are to relocate the oil tank, currently in middle of garden an will be out behind the new garage.
    * sink a trampoline
    * Put in a patio
    * washing line
    * fence it
    But the main thing I need help with is DRAINAGE!!

    Is the DIY a way to go or need we get in a professional?
    If DIY has worked for anyone what did ye do?
    Also any tips on sinking the trampoline

    Thanks in advance
    V!

    it was a particularly bad winter as regards rain, and you may find that the soil in the garden is still heavily compacted after the building work (especially if it's a new build), which will exacerbate the problem.
    if drainage is an issue, digging a hole for the trampoline may help, but you may find the trampoline suspended over a pond!
