    What is the best way to go about growing an exchange network?

    The exchange network I have in mind uses technology (the web) to connect people to others who can either help them out or who they can help out.

    Skills, gifts, lends and swaps can all be part of the exchange but there is no need to directly repay the giver. It is more like a kind of pay it forward kind of mentality.

    These are my basic thoughts on it.

    Possibly start with a facebook group. It's free and you can gauge interest that way and streamline what should be incorporated in this network.
