    Hello,
I drink alot of sparkling water as I find it quenches the thirst better than still water. I could drink up to 1.5L/day. Would it be advisable to go back to drinking still water again?

    Thanks

Sparking water is moderately acidic so it's not so good for your teeth (ph of around 3)
Other than that it's just water with CO2 that you'll burp out anyway.

Overthinking it. Drink water in whatever form you like.
