PS3 System Restore Loop

    Would appreciate any advice on this.

    I have a 3 year old 320gb PS3 slimline model.

    I turn it on today, and I get the
    The file system storage is corrupted and will be restored

    Hit ok, bar gets to 100%, screen goes blank and the process starts again.

    Any ideas?

    *************Some additional info prior to the issue*********

    I recently downloaded PES2014 as part of the PS+ offer and also installed a large option file.

    I was also in the process of downloading Tomb Raider in the background. I noticed around 5 'corrupt data' icons in addition to the ready to install tomb raider icon.

    I deleted the icons and tried to install the game but it failed after 2%. So I deleted that and just started the download again. That was last night and today I am having the problem. :(

    It can be HDD issue. If you have put other HDD.

    Started safe mode, reformatted and working!
