Hi all, I heard today in Teagasc that the new entitlement value per hectare for 2015 0nward is minus the linear reduction value that is going to be paid out in 2014. Is this true because I taught the linear reduction was only for this year and the payments were going to be reduced gradually after 2015 from the standard…
