Trasferred money to wrong account

    While I was half asleep last night i transferred money from my BOI current account to a BOI loan account by accident, I meant to transfer it to a BOI joint account. 

    Who do i need to contact to get this reversed?? 365 phone can't to it apparently..

    Unfortunately it is not possible to reverse a transfer of funds once you have confirmed the payment with your Bank of Ireland365 pin number.

    To request to have this payment reversed, please contact your account holding branch directly and a representative may be able to arrange this for you.
